Halloweeeen is coming!

So, as we all know, Halloween is upon us.

What does this mean?

Dressing up, for some, pranks and drinking (gross)
back in the day, trick or treating
For me:

Movie nights are ALWAYS a must! I LOVE scary movies, especially on halloween! and every year, without fail, I always end up at some friend`s place or on my own watching Nightmare Before Christmas:

Back home, I`d have a movie night and go trick or treating with my crazy friends (never too old to trick or treat), and go to a place called Scream Zone in Del Mar! My FAVORITE part!

I`ve ALWAYS looked forward to my Halloween tradition with my buds back home, every year!...

But, now that I`m here in college, 9 hours away from home in San Diego and most of my friends, my plans have changed slightly...
I`m still dressing up and watching movies
(not trick or treating, I don`t know where not to go up here)

and I`m doing something I just don`t do...going to a frat party
dun. dun. duuuuun!
 the AEΠ Halloween Thriller
What is this you ask?
It`s a halloween event on halloween night hosted by a fraternity (one of the pledges is someone I`m close with)
to fund raise for the new pledges

they are renting out a club,
18+
(seperating 21+ crowd, fyi)
you DO have to pay
(but the first 100 ppl get in free ;) *cough, cough* hurry up and sign up *cough*)
AND you can wear your cute/fun/scary costumes X)

(I`m going to be a rocker ballerina btw, not important, but I love sharing freely)
anywho, it sounds really fun!

So... maybe I won`t be as home sick as I thought!
I`m still watching Nightmare Before Christmas this year though, it`s already been planned!

Hopefully your Halloween is kick-ass!
AND How are you spending YOUR Halloween?? (if you also enjoy sharing freely)

p.s. if you`re interested in possibly going to the halloween party-club-thing
ask me about details before or after class :)

  1. As much as I'd love to hear about your personal life, an insightful quote and interpretation would have been nice. (I was being sarcastic) Please give me something more official and legitimate.

    1. Sorry. I missed your actual post for the week. I was mad when I wrote that first comment and was using some Freudian coping methods to deal with it.

  2. I think this might be a late blog post for last week?
    This week is quote analysis.

    Anyways,
GIRL WHERE DA ADDRESS AT 4 DA PARTY>!>@!

I loved your easygoingness. Definitely followed rhetorical conventions on language.

  3. I'm particularly enjoying the videos you pair with your blogs- they really work. For your latest three posts:

    1. I know that "late" feeling well. These days, since I wake up at five, I set three alarms for myself. Sorry this blog is causing such stress.
    2. I also know the problem of false friends. I wonder sometimes, though; in some cases when I've been a bit too honest, I'm not sure things have really worked out for any of us.
    3. I'm really not sure what this blog is about.
