The Happiest Place on Earth

Time goes by so fast that we tend to not realize it’s passing through so quickly. We wish that we can just go back in time, and relive our whole childhood. Through these past few years, we’ve received quite an amount of stress regarding college, and what the future has in store for us. Having to experience that, we can only wish that it were possible to go back in time, and re-experience everything we have done as a young child. Sadly, it’s scientifically impossible to go back in time. Therefore, as a young adult who grew up too quickly I loved reliving my childhood at the happiest place on earth…Disneyland!

Disneyland is a popular theme amusement park where Walt Disney characters come to life. It doesn’t carry the slogan of “the happiest place on earth” for no reason. As soon as you arrive, you will feel like you’re living in a fairytale. Disneyland has created this fairytale image for children, and adults. Close your eyes, and listen to your surroundings. You’ll hear children laughing, roller coasters speeding through, and cheerful parades occurring throughout the place. Look at your surroundings. You will instantly notice how amazing the park is. You’ll be amazed on how beautiful the castles are structured, and how well the streets are made to have that fairytale image. You will also finally get to meet all those Walt Disney characters you’ve always dreamed of meeting as a child. You will feel the thrill of the rides, and enjoy the atmosphere it’s giving off. Though it may be a bit expensive, the food they sell is amazing. Time passes by so quickly, it feels like the hours you’ve spent at Disneyland was only just for a few minutes. Memories are made, the hilarious jokes are spoken, and relationships become closer.

Even as an adult, I feel like there is a magical atmosphere at Disneyland. It may be difficult to explain, but the best way to experience it is to visit Disneyland and enjoy the vibe.

  1. That is so true. I love Disneyland and whenever I go there I feel like a kid again and its okay because its one of the few places you are allowed to act childish and not worry about what people think because everyone is there to have a good time.
